Background

Dr. Sohrab's research focuses on the study of groups and teams in organizations. Through behavioural observation, she studies behaviours and processes that enable teams to achieve superior outcomes. She has taught at both Master of Business Administration (MBA) and undergraduate levels at the Faculty of Business and Information Technology (FBIT) as well as the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Ontario. She joined FBIT in July 2014. Prior to her academic career, she worked as an electrical engineer in both the public and private sectors, where she designed electrical boards using field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA).
